Tiva is hoping to skip right to the quiz and take it before he completes any of the Study Plan. What advice could you give to Tiva?

You should complete the Study Plan and the Self Checks before attempting the quiz.
That's a bad idea since your first quiz attempt is the grade that is recorded in the gradebook.
Great idea! Since you get two attempts, you should do one attempt right away so that you know the answers for the second time.
That's okay, but it would be better to plan on taking both of the quiz attempts back to back, and after you have finished the Study Plan.
